Hare Ram is about two brothers who are operated on birth to be seperated. Because of this Hari becomes more brainy. This injects a kind of revenge mentality in Ram on those who are intellectual. Meanwhile, Health Minister (Kota) plans along with his brother to create panic using a Virus and hence to make money. But his brother is killed. Police suspect that it is Ram. It turns to be Hari. Why did Hari kill those guys? Watch it on the silver screen for the answer.

Kalyan Ram is impressive in both the roles. He was able to bring in good variation between these two roles. He also looked good compared to his earlier films. His diction and delivery are good. Also, he was able to present his own style with dances and action too.

Priyamani is impressive in her role as naughty girl and a powerful officer. She looked glamourous in the rap song, the last song, in the film. Sindhu Tolani played a key role in the film and is good in her role. Rest of the cast did their roles as required. Some comedy was tried with Ali, Brahmanandam and Venumadhav. Only Brahmanandam's track was successful to an extent.

Technically, the film reminds of Manmadha at times. It is the twists in the film, which come in the second half, that are worth mentioning. First half of the film is very slow. Second half takes the entire burden of the film. Director Harshavardhan did a few scenes well. However, he failed to bring in the interest with the screenplay. Also, dialogs lacked the typical Nandamuri punch. Music by Mickey J Meyer and lyrics by Sitarama Sastry are impressive. Production values are very good as the film bears rich look.

Overall, the film lags in the first half because of weak narration. Second half rescues the film a bit.
